RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
*Products purchased directly from California Drone Supply may be returned within 15 days of original shipment. Certain exclusions apply. The merchandise must be unused, in its original package with all contents, not activated, and in resalable condition*. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% depending on the condition the items arrives to our facility. If you would like to return your item and the conditions set herein are met, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us at 844-884-9757 and we will be happy to assist you.
DJI, Freefly Systems, Flowcine, and all battery products are FINAL SALE items and may not be returned. Items financed through 3rd party vendors may not be returned.
All defective units must be presented to California Drone Supply within 48 hours of picking up the unit or receiving shipment (per delivery confirmation from the carrier.
Your return will either be shipped by USPS or UPS and should be insured for your protection. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless other arrangements have been made prior to returning the item. An RMA Form must accompany all returns with the RMA number provided to you. Limits Of Responsibility: We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are not in a condition to resell them as a new product*.
These parts can be complex systems; failure of one component can result in a crash or damage. It is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of a radio system failure or pilot error. We accept no responsibility for installation of products offered by California Drone Supply. The warranty does not cover, and California Drone Supply is not responsible in any way, for damage to other equipment due to a failure of a component. California Drone Supply is not responsible in any way for the use, misuse, or any injury or damage to personal property from use of any equipment purchased at California Drone Supply. California Drone Supply does not provide any warranties whatsoever and defers to the manufacturer for any complaints/warranties/guarantees as California Drone Supply does not manufacture or fabricate any of the products found herein. *Any alterations or modifications will void the return policy and warranty of all items offered by California Drone Supply.
*All custom products and builds, including hydrodipping, cannot be returned for any reason. All Phantom 3’s and Inspire 1’s cannot be returned if activated as the warranty is under the specific user. Once the unit has been activated the unit is now under your personal information. California Drone Supply will do it’s best to satisfy any concerns that may arise. Custom builds will include a set deadline, however these deadlines are subject to change in the event out techs run into any issues. Please contact us before purchasing a custom product or while inquiring about a custom build or product.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are export restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Additionally, multiple products may be shipped together in a single packages, causing weights to vary with respect to additional packaging material.
